Lessons: what can we learn from Covid-19's crisis management?

The Covid-19 crisis provided crucial lessons for human resources, management, IT and business in general.

On the HR side, adaptability and collective intelligence were highlighted, underlining the importance of telecommuting and developing employees' creativity. On the management side, early preparation and rapid decision-making are essential, while promoting clear communication and agile management.

On the business side, the acceleration of digital transformation and agility were key to remaining competitive. IT, for its part, has ensured flexibility with telecommuting and the digitization of processes, while emphasizing security.

In conclusion, this crisis has demonstrated the effectiveness of more autonomous, collaborative and agile organizations. Collective intelligence and management by objectives, with less hierarchy, should become founding principles for the future of companies, with no turning back.
