Technology: collaborative tools have become indispensable

The health crisis has encouraged the adoption of videoconferencing, which has improved employee attention, respect for speaking time and meeting preparation. Tutorials have been created to support efficient teleworking. Emphasis has also been placed on security, notably with the acceleration of SharePoint and teleconsultation tools in the medical sector.

In industry, approaches such as lean management and the use of electronic spreadsheets have enabled efficient task management, guaranteeing work quality. Solutions such as “desktop@home” and “bring your own device” have facilitated remote working using employees' personal equipment.

However, the spread of teleworking has also raised challenges in terms of communications security and dematerialization, particularly with electronic signatures.
