For several years, I have had the opportunity to collaborate closely with a major client in the region. My role as a business analyst involved conducting in-depth analyses and optimizing internal processes to meet the specific needs of the company and support its digital transformation.

I helped the client streamline workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that improved productivity and reduced operational costs. By collaborating with multiple stakeholders, I guided the development of functional requirements and supported the integration of new systems and processes.

Key Features
  • Business Process Analysis and Modeling: I conducted a detailed analysis of the client's existing business processes using BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). This allowed me to visually map the existing workflows and identify friction points.
  • Modeling Business Entities in UML: Using UML (Unified Modeling Language), I modeled the business entities and their relationships to provide a clear view of the organizational architecture and ensure optimal understanding of the interactions within the company.
  • Requirements Gathering: I led workshops with various stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements. I used ArchiMate to visualize key business processes and ensure their strategic alignment with the company's overall objectives.
  • Writing Functional Specifications: Based on the gathered requirements, I wrote detailed functional specifications using use cases to describe interactions and UML to model entities and their relationships, guiding the development teams in implementing the solutions.
  • Process Performance Monitoring and Continuous Improvement: After deploying the solutions, I set up performance measurement tools (such as KPIs and dashboards) to track the results achieved against set objectives. This approach allowed for quick detection of gaps and the proposal of solutions to optimize performance.
  • Prototype Testing: Before finalizing the developments, I organized prototype testing with end users. These tests validated the functional and technical choices, gathered feedback, and allowed adjustments to be made before full deployment. These tests not only validated the functional and technical choices but also improved user engagement in the early stages of the project.
